The Result
We have consistently delivered solutions to achieve flexible leases at significantly reduced rents, frequently with incentives, thereby reducing EE's occupational costs. Througout the last two years we have rebased many rents or negotiated rent-free periods by removing or pushing out tenant break options.
With a mature portfolio of more than 400 stores, the brief was to ensure that the store portfolio was aligned with the customers of the future. Over the past three years new stores have been acquired in venues across the UK including Leeds, Bath, Glasgow, and Liverpool, as part of a consolidation exercise.
