We’ve recently completed the sale of the final asset in a three-shopping-centre disposal programme on behalf of Teneo, who were acting as Fixed Charge Receivers, alongside our long-standing client, NewRiver REIT. Idlewells in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Market Gates in Great Yarmouth, and The Ladysmith in Ashton-under-Lyme.

Grove Court Properties Corporate Portfolio Sale £37m

FMX were instructed 24 months in advance of any sale to advise on a family property portfolio acquired over several generations of family ownership. Initially the remit was to consider asset management strategy to maximise net operating income, but developed into a more comprehensive sales instruction.
