Acting on behalf of Kier, Fawcett Mead were instructed to sell trio of Hotel Investments let to Travelodge in strong locations in Walthamstow, Hemel Hempstead and Epsom. The new hotels were in fantastic trading locations with Wathamstow and Epsom above major transport hubs and Hemel Hempstead very close to the popular tourist destination Harry Potter World. All locations trade well and this enabled a strong sale price.
In excess of £20m was raised for the vendor with record yields being set for all assets.
