Here’s what we’ve been up to:-

• Our investment team completed the sale of the prime Seasalt unit at 1/3 Castle Street in Norwich to a private investor.
• We were excited to reveal our newest member of the FMX team – Graduate Surveyor India Bebb, who will join us after the summer!
• We hosted a fantastic networking breakfast with the GCW team to discuss opportunities in the market and current deals.
• In two more great investment deals, we acted for our client Glenstone REIT on the sale of 90/90A Central Road in Worcester Park to a private investor, while we also sold the Poundland unit at 34/36 High Street in Newport to a private investor, following competitive bids.
• Great fun was had at Flight Club for the Bruce Gillingham Pollard darts night – thanks for having us!
• We were excited to see both ProCook and Barclays open at centre:mk, marking completion of yet more great deals that we’ve secured at the Milton Keynes shopping centre.

• We were proud to secure the First Mile Silver Recycling Standard, meaning we sent zero waste to landfill and recycled more than 50% of our waste last year!
• And finally, after what’s felt like a really long winter, we’ve been enjoying the early signs of spring and longer evenings whilst walking London's key shopping parades.
