1️⃣ All the hard work that our agency team has put into our instruction on centre:mk in Milton Keynes this year has become evident this month, with the opening of Bill's, Space NK, and the new Smart City Experience Centre, alongside newly enlarged and relocated Goldsmiths and Starbucks units. And there’s still more to come in December!

2️⃣ With two trips to Birmingham’s Bullring this month, Nick Symons and Charlie Spilsbury were there to see Emile Heskey open a new flagship Experience Store for our client EE, only a week after seeing Zara open the doors to its newly enlarged flagship at the centre, and exploring Inditex's wider stable of brands already in residence there.

3️⃣ November also saw our investment team launch our 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗲, packed full of retail investment opportunities across the country, including a prime retail parade on Harrogate’s Cambridge Street which is being marketed by Tom Heptonstall.

4️⃣ We were excited to see our client Moss' stunning new store open on London’s Victoria Street as part of its ongoing expansion programme.

5️⃣ Taking time to dine and network, the FMX team enjoyed a fabulous breakfast with some of our retail occupier friends and clients – from Boots, TK Maxx, River Island, Moss and New Look – as well as a separate breakfast with the Brasier Freeth agency team.

6️⃣ We were incredibly proud to see our client Marks & Spencer reopen its iconic Brixton store – it’s first-ever site in London – after a full refurbishment which was made possible following a regear negotiated on behalf of the retailer by Howard Quigley.

7️⃣ Exciting amalgamation works have also been completed this month for our client Federated Hermes on their block at 274 Banbury Road in Oxford’s Summertown, creating a rare 1,390 sq ft opportunity perfectly suited to a café or yoga studio occupier. We’re sure this one’s going to be snapped up quickly!

8️⃣ Did you see that Charlie Spilsbury, Patrick Kilvington and Oliver Smart also launched a prime mixed-use property in north London’s affluent Muswell Hill?

9️⃣ And finally, the FMX team has undertaken the challenge to run and walk more than 2,000km for Movember this month, alongside growing some entertaining facial hair. More to come on this on Monday!
