Following the regear of H&M's lease earlier this year, demonstrating the fashion giant’s continued confidence in the scheme, health food retailer Grape Tree opened a new store at the 195,222 sq ft scheme last month, while a number of fantastic independent retailers have also taken space.

Due to its prominent location right in the heart of Barnet town centre, The Spires is anchored by Waitrose, with other key occupiers including JD Sports, Waterstones and The Works.  The scheme taps into an affluent north London catchment of 111,000 people, enjoying an annual footfall of 3.4 million.
