-We secured a key new London Food Hall store for our client Marks & Spencer on Clapham High Street – this will be one of many exciting new locations that the high street giant will open in over the course of this year!

-Henry Foreman has just been appointed as the new Chair for the Retail & Leisure Agents Society, taking the reins for a prestigious year that will see the organisation celebrate its 40th anniversary.

-Our investment team have been as busy as ever, completing deals including the sale of Great Yarmouth Shopping Centre, alongside the acquisition of a Waitrose-anchored retail parade in Dorchester and a collection of retail assets in Brighton.

-We welcomed the CBRE agency team into our FMX head office to dissect the numerous opportunities and a few challenges in the retail property market, over bacon sandwiches and coffee - the perfect start to any day.

-The team paused their day-to-day work to undertake first aid training, including the use of defibrillators, ensuring we’re ready to help in any critical situation.

-And finally, we’ve been working away behind the scenes to pull together some very exciting new opportunities for heritage sites across Westminster, which we hope to be able to reveal more on soon…
