Working alongside Morgan Williams, MMX Retail revealed that Sports Direct will be leasing a 10,000 sq. ft. unit in between TK Maxx and River Island. The new Sports Direct store will sit opposite Neon Sheep after the UK stationery and lifestyle brand recently moved into the Orchard Centre.
Both retailers will join recognised brands such as M&S, Fat Face, H&M, Next and Sainsbury’s at Didcot’s leading shopping centre.
David Justice, partner at MMX Retail, said: “The Orchard Centre is a thriving and popular location for retailers thanks to its close proximity to the town centre and the railway station. The lettings to Sports Direct and Neon Sheep widen the already diverse mix of brands located within the centre to offer a shopping experience of variety.
“We will continue to work with our partner Hammerson to ensure that the Orchard Centre remains one of the most popular retail locations in the Thames Valley.”
