The new 8,400 sq ft store inside the Power Station will be used showcase the high street stalwart’s womenswear, menswear, beauty, and accessories range, complimenting the existing M&S Foodhall which we acquired for them on the scheme’s Electric Boulevard in November 2022.
David Justice advised M&S on the deal, working alongside Battersea Power Station leasing agent Natalie Lintott from Cushman & Wakefield.
