Prime Beaconsfield’s Retail Parade Changes Hands

12 March, 2026
We’ve just sold a parade of eight prime shops on Beaconsfield’s prime retail pitch, anchored by GAIL’s, Whistles and a 6,710 sq ft Marks & Spencer. The first time the block has traded hands in 40 years.

Located on Station Road in Beaconsfield, the parade generates £471,924 per annum in contracted rent. It was sold to Custodian Property Income REIT, on behalf our client Grove Court Properties, with Julian Norbury of Fairlie Norbury Real Estate acting for the purchaser.

This off-market deal to an institutional buyer demonstrates the strong demand for well-let high street assets in affluent South East towns.
