The 73,579 sq ft Roundswell Retail Park is anchored by Aldi alongside other strong national retailers including Sports Direct, Dunelm, Home Bargains and two drive thru units let to McDonalds and Costa.  With a long WAULT of 8.4 years to expiry, and no other competing retail centres within a 1-hour drive, this scheme represented a fantastic investment opportunity for our client.
