An integral part of the Cambridge retail offer, The Grafton’s new owners Pioneer Group have big plans for the centre and now have planning granted to enable the rebuilding and reconfiguration of the scheme.

The end result will seamlessly blend life sciences, retail, residential, hotel and restaurants uses.  Take a look at the early images of the plans, it’s certainly a very exciting time for The Grafton and Cambridge.
