It was fantastic to witness how these retailing giants of the fashion world never fail to make their stamp on UK shopping centres with best-in-class flagships.
With Zara having relocated and upsized within the Birmingham shopping centre to occupy part of the former Debenhams, and Zara Man also having upsized and relocated into the former Tessuti store, shoppers flocked through the doors yesterday to experience their striking and fresh fitouts, with both being new concept designs, setting another new benchmark for excellence.
After taking a tour of these two fabulous stores with Joe Grimes, Nick Symons and FMX client Frances Graham of HIH Invest Real Estate also got the chance to explore the new Bullring stores of Inditex sister brands Bershka and Pull & Bear which opened late last year.
It was fantastic to see the shopping centre thronging with early Christmas shoppers, who were also keen to check out the new Sephora store which opened on Wednesday and still had eager customers queuing to get in. It won’t be long now until these shoppers will also be able to enjoy the new EE Experience Store which will be unveiled at the end of this month.
Congratulations to the Hammerson team led by Katy Letch, alongside BWD Retail's Nick de Pons and Toby Sykes, who have clearly been busy securing such a great string of new deals at the scheme!
