Focused primarily on the agency side, Charlie works on leasing and development instructions throughout the UK including London, Milton Keynes and Reading, as well as providing occupier advisory to a number of our retained clients including EE, M&S and Moss, both in their acquisitions and disposals. This gives him a broad understanding of both landlord and tenant requirements in a variety of different locations and schemes.
Originally from Edinburgh, Charlie joined FMX in November 2021 after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University. Whilst at university, Charlie undertook a placement at Sanderson Weatherall in the restructuring and recovery team, providing experience in agency and valuation. He is passionate for adaptability and sustainability within the retail sector.
Charlie is a keen sports fan particularly enjoying rugby, golf and squash. Weekends are often spent at matches or the occasional trip to his family home up in Scotland where he can be found golfing or playing cricket on Elie Beach!
