Craig has over 15 years’ experience across a range of disciplines within the retail and leisure property market. Starting in High Street and Shopping Centre Agency, acting for both occupiers and landlords, an early secondment at Legal & General Investment Management advanced his transactional and asset management experience within an Institutional setting. He has acted for the majority of UK Institutional landlords, as well as developers and private investors and a variety of retailers and restaurant occupiers.
With a solid base in occupational Agency, Craig then gained some experience in Investment agency and, more latterly, has enjoyed an increasing focus in Lease consultancy (or ‘Landlord and Tenant’) matters and dispute resolution.
Before joining Fawcett Mead in 2016, Craig spent nearly 10 years at King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle (which merged in 2011). He is a member of the RICS.
Craig lives on the edge of Bristol with his wife and three young children. He is passionate (read “geeky”) about food and drink, especially coffee. He attempts to offset this by escaping for a run as often as the family will allow. His favourite place to do so is on the South West Coast Path.
