David has been in the retail property market since 1989 and has an in-depth knowledge of both in town and out-of-town markets. Acting for both landlords and tenants, David advises multiple retailers, developers, property companies and investment funds on all aspects of retail property on a nationwide basis.
Prior to becoming a Partner of MMX Retail, David was a Director of Savills. Previously he was an Equity Partner at Blair Kirkman LLP. David has also been a Partner at Carter Wassell Murdoch and Associate Director at Chesterton Plc. David is an APC Assessor for the RICS.
David enjoys hill walking, sailing and country pursuits.
