Howard joined MMX Retail in July 2016, and brings over 14 years of experience to the team. He started in general practice surveying, swiftly moving into retail agency. His past clients include Paperchase, HSBC, Office Shoes and Phones4U, for whom he managed portfolio strategies including acquisitions and disposals and lease re-gears. At MMX, he continues to maintain and build strong relationships with a number of clients including retailers, landlords, investors and developers.
Prior to MMX Retail, Howard was a Director at CBRE/Dalgleish for 11 years working as part of the Retail Agency department. Prior to that he spent time at FHP in Nottingham and Douglas Duff in Bedford/Milton Keynes, working in retail agency and development and building an in-depth knowledge of the national retail market. He is a member of the RICS and has been an active committee member of the SAS (Shop Agents Society) since 2008.
Howard is a keen sports fan, having spent many years playing rugby at both a professional and semi-professional level. He now enjoys golf, skiing and scuba diving.
