As a recent Real Estate graduate, India works across FMX's Agency, Investment, and Lease Advisory teams, enabling her to gain broad exposure to the industry and hands-on experience in delivering bespoke property strategies for our diverse client base. While still exploring the full breadth of the industry, she has a growing interest in shopping centre leasing and occupier acquisitions, which she is looking to build on under the guidance of our Agency experts, as she continues to develop her career at FMX.
India grew up in Shropshire before moving to Oxford in 2022 to pursue a degree in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University. India undertook work experience opportunities whilst at University in London, Oxford and Shrewsbury. After graduating in 2025 she relocated to London to begin her career as a Graduate Surveyor at FMX.
India enjoys staying active, having ridden horses and played hockey from young age. With a strong passion for travel and a love for discovering new places. Weekends are often spent with family and friends, with an occasional trip to the Isle of Anglesey.
