Nick's experience over the past 28 years has included a wide range of UK instructions for both landlords and tenants. He has been involved in leasing some of the country's high profile centres and has also advised numerous national and international retailers on acquisition and disposal strategies throughout the UK. He has advised on a number of significant investment purchases, where his occupational and leasing experience has been crucial.
Nick is one of the founding Partner's of MMX Retail. Prior to that, he was a Senior Director and Head of Retail at Savills following their acquisition of niche practice Blair Kirkman, where he was an Equity Partner. Nick also worked as an Estate Manager at Marks & Spencer prior to joining Blair Kirkman and started his career as a graduate at Gerald Eve. Nick regularly provides opinions to journals including Retail Week and Property Week. He has also been invited as a guest speaker on various panels.
Nick enjoys many types of sport, in particular rugby and is an avid supporter Welsh Rugby and the British and Irish Lions. Nick also enjoys skiing and golf (when time permits) but remains a high handicap!
