Patrick is focused primarily in the investment team, working on the acquisition and disposal of retail, leisure and mixed use assets throughout the UK. This has given him a broad understanding of investor requirements in a variety of locations.
Originally from Manchester, Patrick joined FMX in September 2020 during his placement year, whilst studying for his degree in Geography and Planning at Newcastle University and graduated in 2022. Patrick also holds a MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management.
Patrick is a keen sports fan, particularly enjoying football and cricket. His weekends are often spent watching Bradford City or occasionally travelling back to Manchester to spend time with his family and friends.
