MMX Retail hasve been appointed on centre:mk in Milton Keynes since December 2013 as joint agents on the whole of the prime retail asset in Milton Keynes. Centre:mk totals more than 1 million sq ft of retail space and is home to the likes of John Lewis, Marks & Spencer and most recently H Beauty. MMX has been working on the leasing of both the retail and leisure aspects of this iconic centre and since our instruction we have welcomed many new names to Milton Keynes including Primark, Oliver Bonas, The White Company, Ted Baker and Jigsaw to name a few.
Centre:mk remains a regionally dominant shopping centre and retains its position within the top 10 retail destinations in the UK. Despite the Covid pandemic and cost-of-living crisis, Zone A levels have remained consistent and the low vacancy rates are testament to the depth of retailer demand wanting to tap into this lucrative demographic. Footfall has also bounced back stronger here post Covid, beating the national average.
