The Brief

Exchange sits at the heart of a convenient and accessible town centre with new workspace, education and leisure facilities supporting a larger residential population. The opening of the Elizabeth Line and a new Ilford Station opposite the Centre has dramatically decreased journey times into Central London with travel times into Liverpool Street of 18 minutes and Bond Street in 24 minutes. Acting as sole agent, we are seeking to shape the Centre and to provide a diverse range of shops, services, leisure and entertainment opportunities for local residents which will boost the economic and cultural vitality throughout the day.
