The City Council have purchased the Kirkgate Shopping Centre on Darley Street and Primark have relocated to the Broadway Shopping Centre.
The Fawcett Mead sale property comprised a high-quality mixed-use scheme, adjacent to the Broadway Shopping Centre. The scheme is let to national occupants including Metro Bank, Greggs, Esquires Coffee, CEX, Easy Gym and German Donner Kebab.
