The Fawcett Mead sale property comprised a high-quality mixed-use scheme, adjacent to the Broadway Shopping Centre. The scheme is let to national occupants including Metro Bank, Greggs, Esquires Coffee, CEX, Easy Gym and German Donner Kebab.

Graham Fawcett commented “Bradford been in decline for a number of years however has seen significant investment by both the council and private investors recently, the market is relocating to a central area and the demand from occupiers is good. There are clearly challenges ahead but the future feels positive”
