The deal to welcome Chaiiwala into the centre was completed by Nick Symons, David Justice and Filippa Mudd, working alongside joint agents at Time Retail Partners, and now means the brand can bring its blend of Indian street food and traditional chai culture to the city for the first time.
We've recently completed a number of F&B deals at centre:mk, including lettings to Bill's Restaurant and Cornish Bakery, which sit alongside an established and diverse line-up that includes Itsu, Cosy Club, Pho and Harrods Champagne Bar.
