Marking another great deal completed for our client Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC, and acting jointly with Allsop LLP, we’ve just sold this prominent retail property in the affluent market town of Chichester to Moretons Investments Ltd.

The property is situated on the prime North Street in the historic West Sussex town and is fully let to retailers Robert Dyas and Between The Lines.
