After five years of work, countless challenges, and a fair few twists along the way (all navigated by FMX's Graham Fawcett and Patrick Kilvington), the sale of the former Debenhams at 74–76 New Road, Gravesend to a private investor has now completed.

This substantial 76,000 sq ft freehold site, which sits in a 100% prime town centre location adjacent to the Thamesgate Shopping Centre.
