We had a few team events, including getting everyone together for breakfast at The Wolseley to reflect on the 25/26 highlights, and to look ahead at where we can collaborate and build opportunities for 2026. We also made the most of the sunshine in April, and ventured out for a team walk along the canal, heading for lunch at The Waterways - thank you to James Mead for organising!

Kenji opening at centre:mk brought a real buzz, drawing in the crowds, while over in Cambridge, Greggs made a long awaited return to a prime location adjacent to The Grafton Centre entrance.

On the investment side we launched sales in Cambridge, Amersham, Harrogate and Eastbourne - head to our previous posts or website for brochures, and get in touch with the team for more information.

We also completed the off-market sale of a freehold F&B property in the heart of Kingston-upon-Thames, and the sale of a prime dual frontage retail property in Chelmsford, let to Waterstones and Gail’s.
