Hollywood Bowl has officially opened at The Oracle, Reading, including the brand’s first sports bar! FMX advised landlord Hammerson on this exciting 38,000 sq ft leisure deal.

Patrick Kilvington sold 58 Middle Street, Brockham for Glenstone to a private client of Scott Helyer (Sneller Commercial).

Acting jointly with Allsop, FMX’s Graham Fawcett sold the freehold interest in 41/43 Gallowtree Gate, Leicester. FMX acted on behalf of a UK Institutional Fund.
