It’s been exciting to see new openings across many of the schemes we work on, including H&M at the Grosvenor Centre in Northampton, Sports Direct on Fitzroy Street in Cambridge, and the deal we helped to secure for ZARA to upsize at The Oracle in Reading.

It's not just about the big national brands. We were also excited to see two new independent F&B operators open their doors at The Spires, High Barnet. Deli House UK and Café Du Nord are ramping up the cafe culture and food offer in the town centre.

SOLD | 133 High Street, Bromley – Another Greater London investment deal was completed this month by Patrick Kilvington and Oliver Smart. This prime freehold retail asset, sold to a private investor, attracted significant interest thanks to its prominent location and dynamic local market.

We had a brilliant day at the The Elifar Foundation Foundation Challenge 2025, where our team gave it their all across a series of wild challenges. We were thrilled to place 2nd overall, take 1st place in the Tug of War, and to see Oliver Smart win the Harry Cawood Award for outstanding sportsmanship!

The team also enjoyed a sun-soaked evening at The Oval, watching Surrey take on Sussex alongside some of our valued clients.

Retail & Leisure Agents Society (RLAS) Thirsty Thursday Drinks – A fantastic crowd turned up at The Clachan for this month’s industry catch-up, sponsored by FMX. It was also the first event organised by our very own Henry Foreman since stepping into his role as Retail & Leisure Agents Society Chairman – a brilliant start to his tenure!
