🔹We welcomed Lease Advisory expert George Swinn as an Associate Partner, bolstering our growing team.
🔹Our Investment team launched 11 new retail and leisure-focused investment opportunities across the UK.
🔹Moss opened the striking new City store we secured for the brand at Broadgate Central, beside Liverpool Street station.
🔹We finalised the sale of 17-23 Parliament Street, Harrogate - a freehold, retail and leisure island site in the heart of one of Yorkshire’s most affluent and in-demand towns.
🔹Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton signed to open at centre:mk, following hot on the heels of EYEBRŌW and MINISO UK openings in recent weeks.
🔹We invited Rapleys over for a breakfast catch-up to talk future deals, the current market and thoughts ahead of the Budget.
🔹Following the hugely successful arrival of Mr T’s, Cookies Island Soft Play opened at Exchange Ilford, bringing a colourful, immersive family experience to the centre.
🔹India Bebb hosted the first Girls in Property Coffee & Catch Up at Wolfox Savoy, where around 30 women from across the retail and leisure sector came together for a morning of coffee and connections.
🔹Our investment team completed the sale of 68 High Street in Guildford - a prime corner property in the heart of one of Surrey’s most vibrant towns, which is let to leading retailer Joe & The Juice.
🔹We also wrapped up the sale of 2 Market Hill, Cambridge, a 100% prime retail investment. The freehold property, let entirely to lululemon attracted huge interest and multiple bids, resulting in a price well in excess of quoting terms.
🔹Hugo Mackichan enjoyed a great evening of networking and competitive fun at the LPFXtra event hosted at Fairgame, in One New Change.
🔹We enjoyed attending Art for Youth London at Mall Galleries - a brilliantly successful charity fundraising event in its 37th year, which was organised in part by Henry Foreman and showcased more than 1,000 works from 150+ artists.
