The evolution of centre:mk's F&B and premium offer continued apace as Chaiiwala opened its doors at the Milton Keynes shopping centre, while we were also excited to see luxury jeweller Pravins sign and start fitting out ahead of its October opening.

We also enjoyed seeing our client Marks and Spencer open yet another prime London Foodhall site - a store we secured for them as we continue to support the high street giant in their confident expansion within the M25. Another big opening this month was Opuz Restaurant joining Elms Field - a deal secured by Henry Foreman which now sees Elms Field and Peach Place fully let!
