FMX’s Filippa Mudd and Bidwells' James Lankfer advised the landlord on the letting at 15 Fitzroy Street, which sees Greggs now open and trading a few doors down from the new Sports Direct which opened last year.
The deal - which secures a strong, national operator in a prominent position - further reinforces this prime pitch at the main entrance to the Grafton Centre.
