Investment Sale in Canterbury’s Prime Retail Pitch

Chalking up another great deal complete for our client, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, we’ve just sold this striking corner retail property located in the heart of Canterbury’s prime retail pitch.

The property at 5-7 The Parade & 10-11 Mercery Lane, which is let to five retail tenants including Pret a Manger, Fat Face and Cornish Bakery, has been purchased by a private client of Giles Cooper at Cooper Rose Real Estate and Andrew Smith of Smith Coley Retail Property.
