Advising the owner Universities Superannuation Scheme, FMX's Nick Symons secured the deal with the Cotswold-based chain, which now has 9 stores – marking the final piece in the puzzle that now sees the centre 100% let.

The Woolgate scheme is anchored by Waitrose, with other key brands including Next, Waterstones, Superdrug, Costa, Specsavers, and Charles Clinkard. The scheme also benefits from a free shoppers' car park.

This milestone highlights not only the strength of this prime, Oxfordshire scheme located right in the heart of picturesque Witney, but also the continued demand from occupiers who value well-managed, strategically located retail centres that can tap into affluent and loyal catchments.
