Over the last 2 years, Nick Symons and Filippa Mudd have worked to identify and secure more than 12 new flagship Experience concept stores for EE right across the UK, from Braehead to Bluewater, Norwich to Bristol.

Acquiring these stores in the UK's key cities and major regional and super-regional shopping centres, alongside smaller-format Experience Local stores - in locations including Elgin, Newtownabbey (N.I), Sutton Coldfield and Harrogate - it’s been a truly multi-format rollout with genuine nationwide breadth.

Supporting EE at every step of the process, we’ve:-
🔹 Provided in-depth insight into occupational demand at each location.
🔹 Liaised closely with the EE Estates team and Location Planning team on availability of suitable units in specified locations.
🔹 Delivered strategic advice on the existing portfolio, including key relocations and resulting disposals, smarter footprints, and interrogation on lease profiles across the estate, with the support of Lisa Hardy and George Swinn.
🔹 Become an integral part of the team, providing a key link between solicitors (DWF), internal and external Project Managers (BWA (Europe) Limited), the internal legal team and the landlords' advisers.

It’s been fantastic to work alongside the EE Property team - Jason Bray, Grant Bentley and Imogen Gore and their former colleague Janet Peto - as well as other vital cogs in the machine, including Jacinta Coffman, Katherine Carey, Greg Wood, and Paul Townend to deliver on this confident store expansion strategy under the stewardship of Asif Aziz. Thank you to the various landlords and leasing agents we have struck deals with, enabling us to secure the best-located units in key target locations.
