It is also great seeing the value they add and greater engagement from surrounding communities.

Small, local and independent businesses play a hugely important role in town centres and communities across the UK. Over the past 15 months we have seen an increase in independent businesses looking to open up, a testament to the creative and entrepreneurial culture in the UK. Particularly as the growth of digital retail platforms allows occupiers to scale up their business from retail units.
