FMX's Nick Symons advised the operator initially on relocating into a temporary store while Phase One of Bruntwood’s town centre redevelopment - transforming the former Stretford Arndale Centre, which originally opened in 1969, into a modern, open-air shopping destination - took place. He then secured this fantastic new unit on King Street, right at the heart of the newly remodelled town centre.
EE now joins the likes of Costa, Greggs and Home Bargains, with this latest store perfectly demonstrating the diversity of the telecom giant’s nationwide rollout - spanning the UK’s super-regional shopping destinations alongside smaller yet high-footfall town centres.
