Recognising the opportunity to elevate the brand's presence on this key London retail parade, FMX's Henry Foreman acted for M&S, having identified the perfect opportunity to relocate the retailer's store, creating a larger, more prominent food destination.

The new lease was originally agreed with Landsec, advised by Charlotte Roberts at Bruce Gillingham Pollard, with the property now under the ownership of Legal & General.
