The 33,038 sq ft store is situated on a 1.12-acre site, which also includes a 52-space car park. Its prime location, fronting onto Stourbridge High Street, also means the store sits directly opposite the main entrance to the Waitrose-anchored Ryemarket Shopping Centre.
B&M’s lease, which started in November 2023, sees the retailer pay a passing rent of £230,000 a year, reflecting just £6.87 per sq ft.
