Cake Inn brings its range of egg-free and vegetarian cakes to the scheme, while Gulli Barbers adds further independent services to the line-up. With both now in occupation, the scheme is effectively fully let along its main run.

With FMX having advised on the Chequers Court leasing strategy for many years, it’s another positive milestone for the scheme and it’s always great to see two more independent businesses joining the line-up, adding further diversity to the tenant mix.
