Requirements

They continue to selectively seek new stores as follows:

• Zones 1 – 2: 4,000 – 7,000 sq ft Food halls. Of particular interest are travel hubs and tourist locations. 

• Zones 3 – 6: 6,000 – 20,000 sq ft Food Halls.

• Food Halls over 15,000 sq ft ideally will provide car parking. 

• All locations will be considered on their merits including New Developments, Mixed Use Schemes, Retail Parks, High Street and stand alone, as well as existing businesses. 

• Leasehold and Freehold considered.
