Requirements
They continue to selectively seek new stores as follows:
Zones 1 – 2: 4,000 – 7,000 sq ft Food halls. Of particular interest are travel hubs and tourist locations.
Zones 3 – 6: 6,000 – 20,000 sq ft Food Halls.
Food Halls over 15,000 sq ft ideally will provide car parking.
All locations will be considered on their merits including New Developments, Mixed Use Schemes, Retail Parks, High Street and stand alone, as well as existing businesses.
