Representing Northampton’s prime retail pitch, Grosvenor Shopping Northampton has long been the hub of life in the town. Since the scheme was acquired by Evolve Estates at the end of 2022, we’ve delivered a number of exciting new deals, including a new Shoezone store, the upsizing of Michael Jones Jewellers, and there are several more that we hope to be able to announce soon!

We’ve also been lining up alternative uses to join the tenant mix to help Grosvenor Shopping Northampton evolve from a traditional shopping centre into the thriving urban centre that UK towns like Northampton deserve.

Significant capital expenditure is also being deployed by the local council to transform Market Square, which adjoins Grosvenor Shopping Northampton, to offer 18 bespoke stalls, relandscaped public realm including an interactive water feature, and tiered and licenced seating areas.
